View the Crew List - This is a PDF view of the Current Crew List.  The goal is to have a comprehensive list of everyone that was a crew member of the USS Batfish SSN-681.  We also have some spouses or other family members or friends who want to stay in contact or speak for their spouse, parent or friend, especially in the case where they have gone on Eternal Patrol.  You may find a few crew members of the USS Batfish SS-310 on the list as well.   Once you fill out the form, it may take a day or two to show up on the Crew List.   It is a manual transfer from the database to the report.

Join The Crew List or Change information on the Crew list - This form is the one used to sign up on the crew list as a crew member, family member, friend.  You can also use this form to update any of your information currently on file.

Change Contact Information Only on the Crew List  - If your information on the Crew List is correct, but you would just like to update your contact information.  This is a much shorter form.   You can update information that is subject to change such as your Called by Name, Spouse Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address or Facebook Profile Page associated with our Batfish Facebook Group (If you use Facebook).

Add shipmates to the Eternal Patrol List - Form used to add crew members to the Eternal Patrol List.

Missing Information - We have a number of shipmates for whom we do not have good contact information or details about their time on board.  There may also be shipmates missing from the Crew List altogether.   If you know a crewmate who is missing and can provide some details about the person such as when they were on the boat, rate, rank, etc, you can fill out the Question and Comments form, or send an email to Batfish@SSN681.com and I will get at least their name and some basic information about them added.
